Along with the information technology continually development, Contemporary China Government has entered the information age. As the socialist market economy "patron saint", the industry and commerce administration department stands throughout in the forward-edge position of our country reform and opening up policy and economic development. How to make more effective use of information technology to develop information vigorously, business regulation and technology services stuck wings, better building block for local economic development, has become a topic in front of the current industry and commerce administration department.This article is based on the actual work and development strategies about Huainan Administration for Industry and Commerce, in-depth study, detailed analysis of present situation of Huainan Administration for Industry and Commerce, analyze various problems still exist, , such as: incomplete information network planning, unsound organization and administration, weak in management, recognition system is not high, the sense of urgency is not strong, the lack of professional staffs, unfully funded and so on.
