Research On Panning Of The Implementation Of Qiqihar No.2 Machine Tool Company Based On PDM

With advancement in science and technology and rapid economic develop-pment, the market environment has undergone tremendous changes. Manufacturing enterprises must deal with the needs of diverse, rapidly changing of buyer’s market. Traditional R&D model and a large number of mass production methods were no longer suited to the new competitive situation, while a higher demands to the product data management. Many enterprises adequately recognize the importance that the implementation of PDM enhances the technology management capacity.In the same way, Qiqihar No.2 Machine Tool company is facing unprecedented internal and external pressures of competition. To meet the demand of rapid growth of the product models, we have to change the old handwork management method and improve the product development standardization, serialization and universalization.Firstly, on the "international competition, is the analysis of enterprise product competition", on the importance of product development in manufacturing in theinternational machine tool industry, analysis of application of PDM products in the domestic situation. Secondly, the related theory and framework with PDM, analysis and Research on the alignment two machinetool company at present and future possible business, analyzes the risk and method, Qi two machine to implement PDM content and service specification. PDM system of Qi two machineis divided into eleven modules, in four phases to complete the implementation, of which the first phase of data transmitting and receiving, spare parts management (product data management, project management), document management is the foundation and the core of PDM system, this paper focuses on the study and the method of the first stage of the four modules. Finally, the application effect of Qi two machine tool company PDM system analysis and summary, further and extended function of the system functions need to be discussed. Regarding implementing PDM as the thread, to solve the main problems in informationization realization has been discussed in the following aspects. Based on the analyzing of constmetion machinery industry’s information requirements, and combined enterprise reality, the main plan of construction machinery enterprises informationization realization had been put forward according to the function of the PDM software and the present enterprise’s CAD software. Data management is the key technology in PDM,to guarantee the managing correctly and effectively ofthe data is the key problem to PDM realization.
