H asset management branch is one of the four Asset Management Co established in response to the impact of the Asian financial crisis of financial institutions in Ningxia.It is responsible for receiving and disposing of the non-performing assets of a commercial bank in Ningxia branch.In 2015,in order to alleviate the debt burden of enterprises,revitalize the stock of social assets,prevent and resolve business risks and financial risks,promote the steady operation and sound development of Asset Management Co,regulatory authorities to allow Asset Management Co to purchase non-performing assets of non-financial institutions,non-performing assets of H asset management branch acquired rapid development of business management and disposal business.At the end of 2016,it held general assets of 6.561 billion yuan and strong support for the economic development of Ningxia,its business involves a number of areas in Ningxia,coal chemical industry,metallurgy,petroleum refining,new energy,cashmere and real estate etc..This paper takes the case of M enterprise project as the breakthrough point,studies the disposal method of non-performing assets of H asset management branch by means of comparative analysis and case study,and focuses on the successful application of the disposal of non-performing assets in the real economy enterprises from the debt side,analysis of the characteristics and existing problems of disposal means,provides solutions that make up the shortage by using a combination of debt restructuring and additional investment,securities,options,and other disposal methods to promote the development of debt enterprises while achieving the value of non-performing assets.
