The Evaluation Study On Urban Land Use Efficiency Of Changzhou

Changzhou has accelerated the process of urbanization these years,with the development of the macro economy getting into the new normality,the pace of urban development is more pragmatic.By planning guidance,industry guidance and other means,all levels of government has been relying on industrialization and urbanization,and have made full use of existing resources.In the process of urban development,resource utilization efficiency has been concerned develop direction and mode has been planned.In the use of land resource,the land departments tries to limit the urban development efficiency in the land management system by making and actualizing all levels of land management system and protecting cultivated land and other measures.Improving the rates of land use will solve the contradiction of development and resource protection.Therefore,the evaluation of city development status is the key to summarize experience and make clear the ideas of development.The development process of the city is not the simple factor of economy,but a series of complex operation system.The evaluation of land use efficiency shouldn't only relate to the sum level of the social and economic development,but also to deal with the differences of the citypart inside.Therefore,this paper is divided into two parts:first,the efficiency of urban development in Changzhou;second,the efficiency of urban development of each urban area in Changzhou.In the study on efficiency of urban development of Changzhou,this paper according to the data of Government released,through data analysis,superposition method,study the efficiency of urban development and land resource use.And from the view of land use,analysis the the effect of some important input cent;in the study of the efficiency of urban development of each urban area in Changzhou,the paper according to specific circumstances,lists the common analytical method,and analyze there's pros and cons,such as:Delphi method,Analytic Hierarchy Process,data envelopment analysis,and chose DEA as Specific analysis way.Base on the completion of study on urban land use efficiency of Changzhou,and analysis the future direction of Changzhou,and the challenges facing in the future,the paper try to make some useful suggestions,to ensure the economical and intensive use of urban land.
