Research On The Measurement And Efficiency Of Urban Land Intensive Use

With the rapid development of China urbanization, the contradictions between city land supply and land demand are becoming increasingly acute, the role that city land resources play in the sustainable social and economic development also becomes marked. City land intensive utility is of far-reaching significance to the improvement of city land utility efficiency, the dynamic total size balance of cultivated land and the sustainable social and economic development. So the research work of Chinese city land intensive utility is of profound theoretical and practical significance.Urban land utilization is a complicated social systems engineering which each other in many aspects interact. This dissertation will try to incorporate intensive utilization theory of agricultural land, land rent and soil-rent value theory, Sustainable development theory and land reward theory etc. With the research of urban land intensified utilization, expect to probe into the mode of urban land intensified utilization from the point of view of multi-disciplinary, and elicit the approach that urban land can be utilized most effectively. At the same time on the basis of theory analysis, this dissertation adopts the method that quantitative analysis combines with qualitative analysis and demonstration analysis method, and makes this subject research with more practicability.This paper describes the research background, theoretical and practical significance, and propose research ideas and methods to establish the structure of the research framework, has combed the literature at home and abroad, on this basis, a brief analysis of the connotation of intensive use of urban land, divided and studied the type of intensive use of urban land and urban land use concepts, and learn from existing research summarizes the use of urban land conservation basic theory and intensive use of urban land evaluation methods (including hierarchical analysis, the main component analysis, factor analysis and data envelopment analysis). Then the design of the urban land use measure the level of the index system of urban land use was constructed measure of the level model, with Guangzhou, Shanghai and Chengdu as an example for the empirical analysis, and through the use of DEAP2.1 software for data envelopment analysis Evaluation of urban land use efficiency of an empirical study found the level of urban land use and measure the efficiency of urban land use data. The results show that:1.the level of urban land use of Shanghai Guangzhou and Chengdu from 1999 to 2007 within a range of 1.18832 to 2.4405,0.5781 to 1.1739, 0.2999 to 0.6411, levels of urban land use followed by Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu.2.Urban land use efficiency of 1999 to 2007 followed by Shanghai Guangzhou Chengdu, this level of urban land use consistent with the results measured. Finally, based on empirical research, we made a number of highly-targeted and feasible policy recommendations.
