Multi-Scale Evaluation On The Intensive Use Of Urban Land

Intensive use of land is the necessary demand for developing recycle-economy andconstructing economical society. The researches on the intensive use of urban land have asignificant meaning on improving the efficiency of urban land use and achieving the dynamicbalance of plantation, also in favor of the sustainable development. Take Fuzhou city as anexample, this paper first summarized the domestic and overseas research outcomes, the basictheory and methods of research on the intensive use of urban land, then evaluated the intensiveuse of urban land of Fuzhou city under two scale: (1) Macroscopically, set up the evaluationindex system of the intensive use of urban land, adopting the method of Fuzzy mathematics tocalculated the degree of membership for each land use grade, the results showed that the land useo(?) Fuzhou city is belonged to suitable use grade, the degree of membership of intensive use is0.37, there has much potential in intensive use of urban land in Fuzhou city. Then calculated thequantity of potential in intensive use, it included stock construction land, old-city rebuilding andland substitution; (2) In local-scale, taked the industrial land of Fuzhou city as the evaluationregion, designed a model to calculate the structural potential of industrial land, then choosed tentypical industrial parks as the sites, set up the evaluation index system of the intensive use ofindustrial land, adopted the method of limit conditions to ascertain the evaluation grade of landuse, the result showed that five of ten samples belonged to extensive use grade, two of tensamples belonged to suitable use grade, three of ten samples belonged to intensive use grade. Ingenerally, it reflected the land use status of industrial land in Fuzhou city. Finally, put forwardsome measures and advices to promote the intensive use of urban land in Fuzhou city.
