With the rapid development of Chinese economy,China's medical equipment industry has entered a period of steady development.In medical rapid development at the same time,foreign eye leading medical equipment also gradually into the domestic market.It with its high quality auxiliary therapeutic effect,especially in China's medical equipment market scale of medicine under the background of 14%of the total size of the market,the domestic medical equipment market at least 5 to 6 times of room for improvement.With the aging of the population increase,the continuing escalation of medical apparatus and instruments as well as the increasing of medical device field in our country,in the next few years China's medical equipment market will have a more room to grow.In the market competition,marketing strategy is particularly important.This paper will by XXX company ultrasound emulsification instrument marketing strategy research,for example,the product development process,business philosophy,target groups,such as background data were summarized,and the use of SWOT analysis to its marketing strategy for in-depth study,this paper considers that XXX company to continue to obtain the satisfactory market share in the fierce competition,we must continue to try new marketing strategy,the customer's needs and value creation,and at the same time,improve the added value of the product itself continued to provide new services to doctors.According to XXX's current marketing strategy and competitor analysis,this paper puts forward the adjustment of the marketing concept,from the original traditional marketing mode to the directional marketing model.Establish and improve the channels of agents.And the design and innovation of the model are carried out.On the basis of this,the common application of directional marketing strategy for the Department of ophthalmology is extracted,and the future development strategy is put forward for the products in the development stage of China.
