With the development of social economy,the increase of income level and living standard,leisure agriculture,a kind of emerging industry and a new pattern of consumption,develops quickly gradually.Currently,leisure agriculture has become an effective action to promote the economic and social development of rural areas,gaining trust at governments of all level step by step.As a typical country with profound fishing history of Subei district,Wulipai,Sanhe,Hongze became a representative new country of United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization’s assistant project.Wulipai,Sanhe successfully integrated the brand advantage of Hongze Lake as world cultural heritage for its tourist spot of ancient irrigational works.What’s more,Wulipai observed the great opportunity of service needs and grasped the policy favor of establishing beautiful village.Based on its rich three dimensional composite resources,which includes aquatic resources,water system resources,forest resources,field resources,rural resources,Wulipai is developing its leisure agriculture and rural tourism vigorously.The paper analyzed the current situation and advantages of Wulipai’s leisure agriculture,thus further analyzed its political history,tourist trend,developmental status,resource advantages,district value and market orientation.The thesis also examined Wulipai’s developmental dilemma and causing reasons thoroughly based on the analysis of its current situation and advantages.In addition,this paper put forward with the idea of building a representative place of international countryside tourist maker base of Subei based on the historical background of new normal mode of economy,thus it has certain reference significance for the development of leisure agriculture of Wulipai,Sanhe.
