The Study On The Development Strategies Of Leisure Agriculture In Zhangzhou Based On Taiwan's Experience

Leisure agriculture develops on the basis of the rapid development of the urbanization,the improvement of People's living standard and the economic level.With the upgrade of domestic consumption market,the central and local governments have put a high value on the development of leisure agriculture and taken a series of measures to rapidly promote the development of leisure agriculture.Leisure agriculture has positive significance in optimizing the rural industrial structure,improving the agricultural economic efficiency,increasing the farmer's income and promoting development of the rural areas.Leisure agriculture in Zhangzhou develops rapidly which has been in a leading position in Fujian province by relying on its endowed natural,cultural resources and the locational advantages for Taiwan.But it also exposed a series of problems in the developing process which are worth of study and consideration.Nowaday Zhangzhou's leisure agriculture is in the critical transforming and upgrading period.It should adjust the developing strategies combining to the changing condition of the internal and external environment.Taiwan is separated from the mainland just by a strait which has entered the international tourism standard period and obtained the success of practical experience through the development of half a century.Zhangzhou has deep historical links with Taiwan and both sides have a high similarity in natural and cultural resources.To study the introduction of the advanced experience and creativity of leisure agriculture of Taiwan to zhangzhou is significant to implement the integration of the traditional agriculture and the leisure tourism industry and realize the smooth transformation and upgrading in leisure agriculture.At first,the study organizes the conception and documents about leisure agriculture and concludes the scholar's research results at home and abroad.The key points focuses on the developing period and experience of leisure agriculture in Taiwan.Secondly,the study analyses the developing advangages,prospect and feasibility of undertaking industry transfer of the leisure agriculture of Taiwan on the basis of the current developing situation of the leisure agriculture in zhangzhou.Thirdly,the study takes Fuyou ecological farm as a case and uses the methods of interview,questionnaire,and deep observation an so on to analyze and explore the transplantation of experience of the leisure agriculture of Taiwan in the aspects of the management model,brand building,product experience and services.In the author's view,the experience of attaching importance to the brand building,experiential function and fine services can be used for reference to develop leisure agriculture in zhangzhou.Finally,The paper probes into the complementarity and the differences of the leisure agriculture from the prospect of industrial transfer and the deep experience of tourism products between Zhangzhou and Taiwan.The extended investigation and the interview with business executives are also carried out to discover some problems in the developing process of leisure agriculture in Zhangzhou.Based on the theory of industrial transfer,the theory of experiential economy and the theory of sustainable development,the sticking points to the problems are analysed and some appropriate suggestions and strategies about the infrastructure improvment,the brand bulding,the quality enhancement,the culture industry grafting,the diversified development,fine experience products,the industry standard construction,the improvement of science management and services,the introduction and training of talents,the strengthenment of industrial self-regulation and guidance of citizens'leisure life are brought up in order to remedy the short board of leisure agriculture development and promote the industrial restructuring and upgrading in Zhanghzou.
