The problem of how to promote the rate of employment is a major issue related to the development of people's livelihood and national society.A number of experts and scholars have conducted in-depth study on the situation of employment and the problems of employment.This paper used SPSS and Eviews to study the problem of employment.Firstly,the paper predicted the rate of employment of Hunan province in next year using of time series model.Then,put forward the corresponding strategy based on the factors that hindered the rate of employment of Hunan province.The first step,this paper used descriptive statistics and SPSS software to analyze the economic change and economic development in Hunan province in recent years.From the results of the analysis,the economical of Hunan is rising steadily on the whole and the structure of economical has changed more adaptable to the needs of the market.Form the aspects of the rate of employment,Hunan province didn't achieve full employment,so it is necessary to enhance the rate of employment.Then,the paper used the Eviews software to establish the model of time series,to predict the number of employment in Hunan province next year.The process of analysis was the inspection of the data,and then dealt with the data further.Until a smooth data meet the white noise sequence,the structure of the model can start.Last,selected the best model for the next step analysis.The results show that the employment rate of Hunan province has risen steadily in the past ten years.The next step was analyzed the rate of employment by using the factor analysis and cluster analysis.Hunan province can be divided into 14 regions,including Changsha,Loudi,Hengyang,Changde,Zhangjiajie,Yiyang,Chenzhou,Huaihua,Xiangxi,Zhuzhou,Shaoyang,Yueyang,Yongzhou,Loudi,Xiangtan.According to the 7 kinds of economic types in each region,this paper analyzed the factors affecting the employment.The 7 kinds of economic types were respectively the State-owned Economy,Urban Collective-owned Economic,Domestic Funded Economic,Economic With Funded From H.K,Macao and Taiwan,Urban Individuals Economic,Urban Private Economic,Economic With Funded Foreign.Then,the paper analyzed the factors influencing employment in Hunan province,and put forward corresponding strategies.From the results of factor analysis,the problems of basic economy weak were serious in some regions.From the result of clustering analysis,Changsha was located in the first category with the best rate of employment.The second category was the Hengyang,Shaoyang,Yueyang,Huaihua.There was a gap of Domestic Funded Economic between those four cities and Changsha.The third kind was the rest.Those cities' employment situation remains to be improved.The rate of employment in each economic type was low,so it should to speed up the economic development to improve the rate of employment.Finally,the paper ended with a summary of the problem in research.The paper advanced next year's forecast according to the relevant employment figures released.Last but not least,it analyzed the factors affecting employment based on the different regional economic type.
