Research On Subcontract Cost Management Evaluation And Promotion Countermeasure Of Construction Project For ZS Company

With the social progress and economic development,electric power construction market becomes more and more competitive.Many construction companies have been extending the subcontract management.Subcontract cost becomes the major cost composition.To guarantee the economic benefits of the company,it is very important to control each cost,especially the subcontract cost.In the field of power construction,which is vigorously carrying out the EPC mode at present,how to scientifically evaluate the subcontract cost management of a construction company becomes a very important subject to be researched for the companies that wildly adopt subcontract.This thesis,through a lot of literature,standing in the Contractor's view,taking ZS Company as an example,based on detailed investigation and research of the present situation and influence factors that may exist of the subcontract cost management,elaborates the causes of the existing major problems,analyzes the related factors in index weight by Analytic Hierarchy Process.It establishes index system for evaluation subcontract cost management by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory,and then proposes some improvement solutions for the main problems of the cost management in the subcontract for the ZS Company by analyzing several example projects.Establishing and applying subcontract cost management evaluation model for construction project would push construct companies to implement a more scientifically system thinking method instead of extensive management,to improve subcontract cost management.It would be improved continually through finding out problems based on quantitative and qualitative analysis,which would finally strongly guarantee the profit of the construct company.
