The Development Of Inclusive Financial System Research On The Influence Of Rural Poverty In Shaanxi

Inclusive Financial System is a new financial philosophy which different from the traditional financial system,its clients focus on rural poor groups,urban' low-income groups.And this specifically financial system which serve the poor groups is consistent with the current implementation of China's financial poverty alleviation policy,it can be said that inclusive financial system provides theoretical guidance for financial poverty alleviation,while financial poverty alleviation is the specific realization and exploration of inclusive financial.Under this background,it is of great significance to study the impact of inclusive financial system development on rural poverty in Shanxi Province.This article first elaborates the related theories of Inclusive financial system and financial poverty alleviation,including the concept,characteristics,development course and service object of Inclusive financial system and financial poverty alleviation.On the basis of elaborating the basic concept,the influence of Inclusive financial system development on rural poverty is studied theoretically.Theoretical research shows that the development of Inclusive financial system can broaden the breadth of financial services,enhance the depth of financial services,improve the availability of financial services,alleviate the financial exclusion of farmers,help farmers get rid of financial poverty and make up for lack of funds through the financial channels,accelerate the accumulation of farmers' wealth,and help farmers to achieve poverty reduction and poverty alleviation.On the basis of theoretical research,this paper takes Shanxi Province as an example,and introduces the present situation and existing problems of poverty alleviation in Shanxi province from the aspects of demand and supply.At the same time,the paper analyzes the impact of Inclusive financial system development on rural poverty in Shanxi Province of the financial operation report and the statistical yearbook from 2004 to 2015.The empirical analysis shows that the development of Inclusive financial system in Shaanxi Province has a certain effect on the poverty of farmers.The improvement of the availability of financial services ensures that the financial needs of farmers can be effectively satisfied and have a significant impact on poverty alleviation.The breadth and depth of financial services have a relatively small effect on poverty.They can only play a certain role in poverty reduction in the short term.In the above theoretical and empirical research results,combined with the actual situation in Shanxi Province,given the relevant recommendations of the development of poverty alleviation in Shanxi Province.Finally,the paper summarizes the research contents,draws the conclusion and gives the direction and problems of further research.
