Poverty is a global issue.Resolving poverty is of great significance to any country or region.It also has a powerful impetus for political stability,economic development,and cultural innovation.Since President Xi proposed the concept of "precise poverty alleviation",he has been adhering to the concept of "precise identification","precision assistance"and "precise management".He has stimulated the initiative of various organs and public institutions,and helped us through poverty alleviation and hard work Lead to Gratifying results.At the same time,we must work hard to make up for shortcomings and scientifically plan poverty alleviation and development work during the“13th Five-Year Plan"period so as to ensure that China's poor population will emerge from poverty as scheduled by 2020.Rural finance.is the foundation and guarantee for the development of financial poverty alleviation.Due to the existence of underdeveloped financial markets and weak farmer's sense of integrity in rural areas in China,it is only necessary to continuously improve the rural financial system,handle well the relationships between the various stakeholders involved in poverty alleviation,and fully mobilize finance.The autonomy and enthusiasm of institutions involved in poverty alleviation and the establishment of an orderly,complete,efficient,and sustainable development of the rural financial poverty alleviation system can stimulate the significant role of finance in poverty reduction and stimulate the advantages of financial assistance to the poor.This paper uses literature survey methods to search domestic and foreign literature to summarize the status of global financial poverty alleviation and successful cases.Through the theoretical basis and theoretical system of financial poverty alleviation,we further study the status of China's financial poverty alleviation and analyze problems,and use field research methods to visit chaliu Village of Shaoyang City.research conducted research and analysis on the level of academic qualifications,financial knowledge,microfinance,agricultural insurance implementation,and poverty-satisfaction job satisfaction of rural households,summed up current achievements and problems in poverty alleviation,and referred to successful cases at home and abroad for poverty alleviation work.The problems that emerged in the relevant recommendations were made and suggested that chaliu Village should strengthen its financial knowledge education,strengthen the accurate identification of farmers,develop agricultural insurance,promote industrial finance,and implement the Grameen model.The research in this paper can provide the theoretical and policy basis for the financial poverty alleviation in the chaliu Village,promote the smooth development of financial poverty alleviation in the chaliu Village,and have important theoretical and practical significance for the achievement of the poverty reduction goal for the poor in 2020.
