Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Financial Poverty Alleviation In Huizhou

"Targeted poverty alleviation" is a key word that has been hotly debated in recent years.Considerable efforts have been made by both the domestic and international communities for a long time to solve this worldwide problem of poverty.Especially as the largest developing country in the world,China is also a socialist country.To eliminate poverty and achieve common prosperity is the ultimate vision of generations of builders.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC has set out the strategic goal of Poverty Alleviation: to ensure that the poverty-stricken population will be lifted out of poverty under the current standards of our country,and poverty counties all out of poverty by the end of 2020,so as to addressing the arduous task of overall regional of poverty.How to consolidate and deepen the effectiveness of poverty alleviation has become the focus of domestic society at this critical time on building moderately prosperous society.As two important tools for poverty reduction,government poverty alleviation and financial poverty-aid have played the considerable role in the process of eradicating poverty,building a well-off society,and realizing socialism during the work of serving the "three rural" issues and winning the tough battle against poverty.As one of the central coastal cities in the Pearl River Delta,Huizhou is adjacent to the mountains and the sea.It connects Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Dongguan on the southwest,and faces Hongkong across the sea.There are a lot of main forces such as Daya Bay petrochemical industrial zone,Tsuen Wan wharf project,Zhongkai high-tech industrial zone,China-South Korea Industrial Technology Park,Huidong shoemaking industry that driving the rapid economic development by regional linkage.While due to the mountainous landform that connects to Shaoguan Heyuan and Shanwei,which far away from the center of the Pearl River Delta,the economic development in the northeast of Huizhou lacks momentum,and leave behind a significant proportion of the poor people.Because of a series of problems like regional differences,the low level of market economic development,the lack of incentives for industrial innovation models,the difficulty in financing and repayment,as well as the low capacity of self development,all obstructed the smooth development of poverty alleviation in Huizhou.With the financial poverty alleviation system and the inclusive financial system have been gradually constructing and improving by the joint efforts of all levels of governments and financial institutions and the poor groups themselves,Huizhou has achieved remarkable results in the task of poverty alleviation,but the deep-seated contradictions have gradually become more prominent.Based on the actual situation of Longmen County,Huidong County and Boluo County,the three provincial poverty counties in Huizhou,this paper have analyzed and summarized the model of financial poverty alleviation,deeply dissected the status and problems of financial poverty alleviation,and explored the countermeasures and development trends of financial poverty alleviation.Judging from the content of the chapters,this article expounds the relevant theories of financial poverty alleviation,and conducts a multidimensional analysis of the successful cases of domestic financial poverty alleviation after asking questions,then further sort out the development process and main features of financial poverty alleviation Huizhou.
