Study On Reform Of EVA Performance Evaluation Index Of Forestry Enterprise

EVA is a new method of value management which is included in the central enterprise assessment system of SASAC(State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission).It is obvious that forestry enterprises plays an crucial role in ecological environment construction,The government which is benefit related to forest enterprises,have rights to know economic benefits and ecological benefits of forestry enterprises.First of all,this paper focused on analysis feature of forestry enterprise.As it is concerned,forestry enterprise which has varies of forest capital is different from other enterprise,they are different in the economic activity and accounting method.The study analysis the features of forestry enterprise,and point out that it a great challenge to construct analysis formula for forestry enterprise.Government which is benefit related to forestry enterprises,is desired to know more about the value of forestry enterprises.The paper has to make clear the purpose of performance evaluation.This paper constructed the EVA benefit regular system.In order to inspire the enterprises create more ecological benefits,the study design the varies of account adjustment affairs.On the one hand,it designed the cost of planting trees and take care of forest,this kind of payment is similar to investment,put into forestry enterprises economic activity.such as research and development expenditures,government compensation.On the other hand,the paper holds that the factor of coverage and timber capital impairment should be considered.In the case analysis,the paper illustrate the construction and application of the EVA performance evaluation system.In order to some describe analysis,the study collect the history financial statement statics of Yunnan Yuntou Ecology and Environment Technology Co.,Ltd.,from 2010 year to 2015 year.Some graphs and pictures are used to describing it financial features and then we choose the appropriate adjustment to calculate EVA.It comes to the conclusion that EVA provides some information about ecological benefit and the others don't,this paper suggested that it is necessary to improve the accounting system about forest assets,and then established the mechanism that firms have to publish ecological information in annual report.
