With the rapid development of computer network and Internet technology, to use advanced MIS and software developing platform is becoming the developing trend of numerous information systems to administrate information scientifically and by network.The research object of this thesis is the forestry resource of the interlaced area between urban and rural place of Changsha, which is the core city of "two type society" trial zone among Changzhutan City Cluster. Through the efficacy analysis of the forestry resource of the interlaced area between urban and rural place of Changsha, on the basis of summarizing the previous researches, and combining forestry resource asset evaluation with advanced network technology and MIS developing technology, the forestry resource asset evaluation and MIS of the interlaced area between urban and rural place of Changsha is manufactured by comprehensively using the technology of expert system, Web and Com.This thesis expatiates the establishing process of forestry resource asset evaluation MIS by using software engineering theory. The first chapter expatiates the background and significance of evaluation for forestry resource assest and MIS establishment, and the relavant concepts and the research actuality inside and outside China. The second chapter introduces the research content, research method and technology route of this thesis. The third chaper discusses the basic method and theory of forestry resource asset evaluation and forestry ecological benefit evaluation, and establishes relavant evaluation quota system. The fourth chapter analyzes the demand of MIS, and modelings the process of forestry resource asset evaluation through the summarization and analysis of knowledge of forestry resource asset evaluation experts, and accomplishes the design of overall structure of asset evaluation MIS, repository, database and discursion process. Lastly, this thesis researches the software system structure and its key technology, which can realize forestry resource asset evaluation expert system based on the Web including NET Framework, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, groupware of COM, list of Web and C#.The model established by this thesis reaches the prospective effect. The forestry resource asset evaluation MIS is all-purposed and transplantable, and can be spread and applied to the practice of forestry resource asset evaluation in the southern cities.
