Current Situation Of Agricultural Info- Mation Construction In Jiangxi Provincefeasibility Study

China is a big agricultural country.Agriculture is the important cornerstone for building well-off society and achieving modernization,it plays an important role in improving the livelihood of the farmer.The advent of the information age injects fresh impetus into the agricultural development.Agricultural informatization becomes a new point of economical growth and it is the only way to turn the traditional agricultural to the modernized agricultural.The conditions of China and Jiangxi province are the fundamental foothold of our agricultural informatization development.It is the ultimate goal that the development of agricultural informatization improves agricultural productivity,promotes the industrialized development of agricultural and raises farmers’ incomes.Jiangxi as a traditional agricultural province in China,each department should focus more on how to modernize the agriculture of our province.However,agricultural informatization service cannot satisfy the requirements of the agriculture and it lacks the necessary direction for farmers.Government doesn’t play a leading role in agricultural information construction.We still have many problems in agricultural progress and development,such as agricultural particularity influence,low standardization level,Inadequate information collecting system,farmer′s low income,lower quality etc.It is more important to develop the agricultural information technology and it would be a long course.Now,according to the fact of agricultural informatization development in Jiangxi and the construction experience of agricultural informatization development in China,I would like to analysis its internal and external environment and share my observations on promoting agricultural informatization based on the case of Jinggangshan agricultural science and technology zone.In addition,I analysis the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of agricultural informatization development in Jiangxi on the basis of the process of agricultural informatization development and the condition of infrastructure construction.Combined with revelation of the development at home and abroad,I would find a new perspective on agricultural informatization development in Jiangxi in the light of the success case of the construction experience of Jinggangshan agricultural science and technology zone.I also would like to put forward some countermeasures from many aspects on agricultural informatization development of Jiangxi,such as establishing new view of agricultural information,making a plan of agricultural information based on its requirements,encouraging and accelerating the infrastructure construction and strengthening the construction of information collecting and processing system and agricultural standardized construction,completing information service platform and information supervision system,fostering Informatization trainingteam,strengthening state support and maintaining benign operation and management scheme etc.
