A Study On The Relationship Between The Development Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises And The Employment Of College Students

With the popularity of higher education in China,the number of university graduates is increasing,the employment of university graduates is difficult,but the small and medium enterprises in the development process lack of talent people.College graduates employment difficulty and small and medium enterprises lack of talent people is a contradictory problem we face now.In this paragraph,through the combination of theoretical and empirical research,small and medium-sized listed companies as an example,a large number of relevant data collection and reading literature,accurate positioning of the status of small and medium enterprises and college students employment status.Then,through the correlation analysis,to reveal the relevance of SMEs and college students employment;Finally,the impact of small and medium enterprises on the employment of college students to analyze the impact of factors.On the basis of empirical research,this paper draws on the two-way consideration of the employment potential of college students and the willingness of college students to go to small and medium-sized enterprises,and puts forward some suggestions to promote the employment of college graduates to small and medium-sized enterprises.The first part puts forward the research background,the meaning,the research method,the train of thought and the content of this article through the research on the domestic and foreign related employment problem;In the second part,through the basic overview of the present situation of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and the basic overview of the status of the employment of college students,the current form is summarized and the existing problems are understood.The third part mainly through the establishment of models,mainly for small and medium enterprises.The relationship between the development and the employment of college students in-depth analysis,the use of the relevant data collected,the correlation between SMEs and the employment of college students to analyze the industry to absorb the number of college students employment;the fourth part is mainly on the development of small and medium enterprises and college students.The analysis of the influencing factors of employment,mainly from the technical level of the enterprise,the scale of the industry,the government policy,the education system and so on.The fifth part is to put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the above factors,which should encourage the small and medium enterprises to improve their own creation Good employment conditions to absorb college students to small and medium enterprises employment,but also to college students their own attitude,improve their professional and technical level,to adapt to the development of the times.
