The talent in the enterprise survival and development plays a key role in the process,the strength of large enterprises can with its reputation and attract various talents,small and medium-sized enterprises,especially small and medium-sized enterprises in Gansu province is located in the west,no matter in the brand,management standardization,training and employee benefits,etc.,it is difficult to compared with large multinational companies,attract talent disadvantage is obvious.Based on the incentive theory Angle of view research problems of small and medium-sized enterprise attract talent employment in Gansu province,on the basis of full analysis of research at home and abroad,summarize and design of the current situation of Gansu province small and medium-sized enterprise attract talent employment questionnaire,through the analysis of the questionnaire results,found that small and medium-sized enterprises in Gansu province in attracting talent problem,and further analyzes its reason,and then puts forward the small and medium-sized enterprises in Gansu province talent incentive strategy design and build strategy.This article is divided into five parts,the first part is the analysis of the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad and the definition of related concepts,puts forward the main research contents and research ideas and methods.The second part is to attract talent in Gansu province small and medium-sized enterprise present situation investigation and problem analysis,through the questionnaire data,USES the structural equation model analysis results,concluded the main problems of small and medium-sized enterprise talent to attract,and points out the existing constraints.The third part is the design of small and medium-sized enterprises in Gansu province talent incentive strategy.From talent incentive idea,puts forward the basic principles of the talent incentive system,security system,the innovation motivation and talent incentive strategy system healthy and long-term development.The fourth part is the design of talent incentive strategy from the macroscopic level of talent strategy concept,create a good environment of choose and employ persons,enhance talent service level,to create high-quality platform of choose and employ persons,strengthen the government macroeconomic regulation and control,improve the social security system,strengthening the policy execution supervision,perfect the four aspects of employment laws and regulations and enterprise micro level talent strategy that coincide with incentive mechanism,and the combination of explicit and implicit incentive contract,individual match the motivation and team motivation and coordinated short-term incentive and long-term incentive,the career of dynamic incentive and five aspects put forward the systematic talent incentive system construction strategy is established.The fifth part is the main conclusion and prospect,and points out the two innovation points of this article: perspectives of innovation and innovation of the mode.Hope the proposed incentive strategy system and build a strategy for small and medium enterprises in Gansu province attract talent employment role.
