In recent years,China's GDP growth slowed down,from the high-speed growth to the new normal high-speed growth,at the same time,China's manufacturing industry also began to enter the new normal manufacturing industry due to various internal factors and external pressures.With the continuous upgrading wave of global transformation,manufacturing enterprises,in keeping with the trend of the world,should focus on the upgrading of their own core competitiveness,so as to get profit in such a fierce competitive market.K is a small port machinery manufacturing company,the main products are forklifts,container stackers,empty container handlers.With the continuous development of the company and the gradual expansion of business,problems in logistics supplier selection of K Company have exposed.There is no scientific basis for the selection of K Company's logistics providers,the selection process of logistics suppliers is simple and they pay no attention to the development of strategic logistics suppliers,which all make the suppliers now cannot meet most of the logistics needs of K Company,at the same time,cost of logistics supplier selection continues to increase,but the logistics efficiency is low.In order to improve the current situation of logistics' selection in K Company,with the help of the relevant theoretical knowledge of logistics supplier selection and the industry environment of K Company,it is necessary to optimize the selection method of logistics supplier in K Company,using more scientific methods to establish the logistics supplier selection and evaluation system,optimizing supplier selection process and focusing on developing strategic logistics providers.This article chooses AHP analysis,combination of qualitative and quantitative,to build the logistics supplier selection and evaluation system.In the selection of indicators,the subject chooses the 5 first-level indexes on the basis of actual logistics demand of K Company combined with the recommendations of professionals,which was logistics cost,operation efficiency,operation effect,technical level and if have the onsite personnel provided,and 13 second-level indexes,transportation costs,warehousing costs,on-time delivery rate,response time to customer,delivery flexibility,capital status,payment cycle,transport technology,storage technology,lashing technology,information technology,and the onsite personnel of operators and managers.Establishing the selection and evaluation system of logistics supplier,optimizing the selection process and paying more attention to the development of strategic logistics supplier,which will solve the problem on the selection of logistics providers in K Company,save the company's logistics costs and improve the company's logistics efficiency.
