A Study On The Organizational Mode Of "Three Industry Integration" In Rural Areas

As human's "mother" industry,Agriculture is the basis of the national economy.China is a populous and also a big agricultural country.All the time,the population of China's agricultural are occupying a very important proportion in the population structure,so the agricultural problem has always been the key issue of China's economic and social progress.With the advancement of urbanization,the development of agriculture is facing unprecedented challenges.Through the study of rural economic development,the issue of the rural "Three industry integration" has become a new exploration in solving the problem of agriculture,rural areas and promote rural economic and social development.Since the Central Committee of the People's Republic of China has put forward the policy measures of "promoting the integration and development of the rural one-two-three industries" in 2015,more and more scholars have invested in rural "Three industry integration".On the basis of extensive reading of the literature and Industrial development theory,Organizational theory,Property right theory,Transaction cost theory,Principal-agent theory,etc.clarifies that the organizational mode of the rural "Three industry integration" is the object of this paper,analysis the meaning and characteristics of existing domestic "Three Industry integration",put forward a new organizational mode—"enterprise + cooperatives + association".On the basis of elaborating the new model,taking Yinqiao Town,Dali City,Yunnan Province as an example.The new model is applied in practice and concludes——This model can effectively solve the contradiction between the interests of the main operators in the"Three industry integration" and can provide a good market environment for its development and bring a series of great economic,social and ecological benefits.It can be used as a typical case in other places to promote.
