Analysis On The Influence Factors Of Poverty In Ecological Conservation Area Of Hebei Province

The coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei provides opportunities and challenges for the development of Hebei region.In the national strategic framework for the development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,Hebei Province is regarded as the environmental support area,and Zhangjiakou which is in northern Hebei and Chengde cities are defined as the ecological conservation area.It is precisely the urgent problem that how to get away from poverty precisely in the framework of collaborative development needs to be solved at present.The problem of poverty is very complicated,and the causes of poverty are diversified.Before the settlement of poverty,it is necessary to find out the important factors that affect poverty.The poverty area of Hebei ecological conservation area is large,Poor poverty has been wearing the poverty "hat" for decade years,due to illness and lack of knowledge.Therefore,it is very important to solve the problem of poverty in the poverty belt around Beijing and Tianjin.In addition,Zhangjiakou and Chengde two cities in the framework of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated developments are defined as the ecological conservation area and limit the industrial development.In the actual situation of poverty,we first analyze the factors of poverty,including institutional factors,ecological environment,the employment of migrant workers,human capital,industrial management,asset investment and so on.And then use the time series data from 2011 to 2014,using the gray relational analysis method to quantify the impact of poverty factors,processing the macro analysis.Finally,It is concluded that medical treatment is the main factor affecting poverty,followed by education and farmer fixed asset investment.Overall,human capital factor is the main factor leading to poverty in northern Hebei.In order to ensure the continuity of time and the result is more accurate,the questionnaire survey is used to investigate the cross section data of 2015,to make up for the drawbacks of the statistical data can not be updated in time.The binary influencing factors were used to discuss the main influencing factors of poverty,and the micro analysis was carried out.The conclusion is that the human capital is the most influential.That is to say,with the increase in the number of patients per person,the likelihood of poverty will increase to 2.557 times as much as that of the former.The proportion of the labor force to the total population will be reduced by a factor of 1%,and the incidence of poverty will increase by more than 82.7%.Finally,according to the 2011-2015 statistical data and survey data analysis of the main influencing factors and combined with the strategic framework of the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin,I put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to help the poor.
