The Research On Coordinated Development Between Port Group And Ecological Environment In Liaoning Province

Eco-environmental problems are hot issues in today's society,but also one of the main factors constraining the development of the current port group.Liaoning Province port group is the only access to the sea in northeast China,playing an important role in the revitalization of northeast old industrial base.However,with the rapid development of port group,ecological environment problems due to the development of port group are serious.How to achieve the coordinated development of between port group and the ecological environment has become an important topic.The paper makes a dialectical analysis on the relationship between the port group and the ecological environment as well as related theoretical basis.Based on the outcome of the related study,the paper constructs a set of port group-ecological environment indicators,respectively uses entropy method and principal component analysis to evaluate the integrated development level of the port group and the composite index of eco-environmental quality,and makes the analysis and evaluation of the coordinated development between the port group and the ecological environment in the application of the results of evaluation system.The combination qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation,combining theoretical study and empirical application,the paper analyses and evaluates the relationship between the port group and the ecological environment of Liaoning Province from year 1997 to year 2007,and finds that the coordinated development between port group and eco-environmental is not so good.To the end of the paper,the countermeasure of the coordinated development between the port group and the ecological environment in Liaoning Province has been put forward,that is the building of eco-port group, including the strategies of port regulation,the coordinated development of the port group,port operating and port environment.
