The logistics industry is the basis of national industry,it plays a "lubricant" and "propellants" role in the development of regional economy. Developed logistics industry can promote regional economic growth,reduce operating costs;As a capital-intensive industries, as well as close integration with high-tech industry,logistics industry can boost the regional industrial structure optimization and upgrading; in addition,because of the strong industry relevance,more and more countries and regions make it the strategic industry and devote more attention and study to it.As an important node cities on the West LongHai road new economy region, Jiujia region has a superior advantages both in location and economic development.In recent years,along with the rapid economic development,the logistics industry developed quickly as well. However, due to the existence of many problems, the logistics industry as well as economic development has been hindered to some extent. In order to make it play the role in the economy well, it is necessary to study the logistics industry s development in the Jiujia region.Firstly, this article analyze the status and the development of the logistics industry in the Jiujia region, and forecast the logistics industry’s value in the follwing five years.Then,with thinking the general rules and the results of field research,explore the factors which affect the development of the logistics industry,construct index system,and with the Gray relational analysis method, analyze the severteen factors importance and qualified the size of correlation,so as to find out the key factors.Finally,with the combination of domestic and international areas experience,the article gives some policy proposals.
