With the development of computer information technology,electronic and intelligent office mode gradually become a development trend.But afterwards supervision of the people's bank of the accounting risk assessment in the center of the management work is still adopts the traditional way of passive result of supervision,throughout the business process will not be able to timely and accurately capture the risk points,lack of risk early warning mechanism.In order to get rid of the backward means of business process,this paper is engaged in the supervision department in the specific business operations after practice data,makes every effort to build a integrating evaluation of early warning system of supervision,to adapt to the needs of the development of the current network information and the accounting business,make later work by passive compliance supervision to positive risk supervision,supervision function performed by simply to the supervision function and evaluation function and transformation,further deepening of the connotation of supervision,the supervision level of ascension.In the core chapter of this article,based oninvestigation of business situation about the post-supervision in YC central sub-branch,we analyses the causes of the problems,and put forward the measures to solve the problem,thus analyses the requirement of the post-supervision risk early warning and evaluating system,and on this basis,to design the systemin detail.From a problem-solving point of view,this thesis describes the functions of the system and how to enable the functions from the perspective of the business people,and further explains the role this the system plays in promoting business.Finally,through the evaluation to the system running effect,it put forwardimprovement measures in the future.On the whole,the application research of the system is the ultimate aim of this study.Combination of theoretical research and literature study,questionnaire and interview method from actual situation analysis,targeted,the paper expounds on the research content of the qualitative and quantitative.Depending on YC center sub-branch of the people's bank of accounting supervision afterwards work reality,through the risk identification,measurement,monitoring and management,realize the jurisdiction with business accounting have static type review the results of the type to dynamic early warning analysis of supervision,strengthen the post-supervision warning prompt,risk assessment,and other functions,to provide effective risk early warning for accounting enforcement,promote the strengthening internal management effectively guard against and evade risk funds.
