With the development of the central air-conditioning industry in China,more and more enterprises to join the industry,central air-conditioning market competition,A Technology Co.Ltd.as an industry leader in the market is also facing fierce competition.In the face of fierce market competition,A Co.,Ltd.only through strengthening technological innovation and constantly improve the level of enterprise management,reduce costs,in order to meet the challenges of the market.Performance management is an important means to improve the enthusiasm of employees,but also to improve the level of enterprise management,through the establishment of a sound performance appraisal system,can improve the competitiveness of enterprises.At present,the A Technology Co.Ltd.has been the implementation of performance management for many years,and the enterprise has established a set of performance evaluation methods.But there are many shortcomings of the existing performance appraisal system,it is necessary according to the company's strategic requirements,the company's performance appraisal system to improve and perfect.In this paper,A Technology Co.,Ltd.as the research object,first of all,the relevant theories are reviewed,including the concept and methods of performance management,to provide theoretical basis and methods for the research.Secondly,this paper analyzed the A Technology Co.Ltd.the operating conditions and the existing performance appraisal system,through the questionnaire survey,understanding the company's employees' views on the company's performance appraisal system.A detailed analysis of the existing problems in performance appraisal and the reasons that caused the problem is made,so that the new performance appraisal system in line with the company's current situation and operable.Third,the thesis designs a new performance appraisal index system of A Technology Co.,ltd..This system uses the balanced scorecard to ensure the convergence of the development strategy of the company.The company evaluation index,through the method of key performance indicators,enable the company to make the performance evaluation strategy into each department and each employee.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the new evaluation system,the paper puts forward the concrete implementation plan.Taking into account the actual situation of A Technology Co.,Ltd.,the performance evaluation program emphasizes the training of the new performance appraisal program,the development of performance plan,emphasising on performance feedback and performance improvement,the improvement of the assessment process,and the implementation of the new performance appraisal system.The new performance appraisal system in A Technology Co.,Ltd.is running well,and promote the company and department performance,improve the enthusiasm of the staffs.
