The Strategic Development Of Beijinng Railway Station Reseach Institute

In recent years, with the deepening of the reform of the railway and the railway technical equipment level of greatly raised, Beijing Institute of Science and Technology (BIST) of Beijing Railway Bureau has beening facing many difficulties, such as China’s accession to the WTO railway market opening degree of increase, the international big enterprise into, domestic private scientific and technological enterprise, the rise of the state-owned enterprise in the system and institutional imprison, the enterprise itself deficiency, etc.In the presence of the above difficulties, this paper, through the following aspects to carry on the analysis, trying to overcome these difficulties for the enterprise to provide some solutions. First of all, using PEST analysis method, to the enterprise faced with political environment, the macroscopic economic environment and transport industry economic environment, social environment and technology environment of BIST, obtained the macro environment background. Then, based on the industry of Beijing railway administration, the competition in the industry structure and industry internal structure to carry on the analysis, the development in the future in the process of external environment condition, and then the enterprise technology innovation ability, money through internal factor evaluation method to the enterprise resources and enterprise ability to carry on the analysis, the development in the process of internal conditions, and uses the SWOT analysis method put forward the development strategy of the enterprise, and by using the quantitative strategic planning matrix method to the proposed strategy choice, and determined the enterprise mission, strategic target. Secondly, the organization structure adjustment and management model innovation, using compensation performance management method, through the implementation of the strategy of science and technology innovation and the optimal allocation of resources to realize the selected effective implementation of the strategy, and in the end, the implementation results are summarized.Above all, this paper is mainly through the research of Beijing railway administration, facing the macro environment to carry on the analysis, and according to the BIST in scientific research throughout the industry faces competition and its own condition are analyzed, and finally the SWOT analysis, and gives the relevant strategy and the implementation, and through the compensation performance management to strategic implementation evaluation on the results.
