911 terrorist attacks to the global security industry to a rapid development channel,China's security industry,although the starting point is low,but through the rapid development of more than 20 years,becoming the world's largest security industry countries.However,in recent years due to intense competition,security industry in the excessive competition,the overall efficiency is not high.How the enemy in the domestic security industry is based on the Hangzhou HK companies need to consider.Based on the analysis of the background of the security industry,this paper takes the domestic and foreign security industry and the main enterprises as the sample,through the case analysis of Hangzhou HK Company,and guided the strategic development of the enterprise through the strategic management theory of the enterprise.In this paper,the introduction of the strategic management theory and the corresponding strategic tools are introduced in this paper.The introduction of the security management market and the development of the security market and industry market are introduced.Through the basic introduction of HK company,using the corresponding strategic tool PESTEL theory to the HK company's internal and external environment to sort out;using the Porter five force model,the competitive situation of Hong Kong companies to elaborate;use SWOT model,HK company's internal resources The paper puts forward the strategic strategy that HK company chooses in the security market environment,which is the difference strategy of leading technology,product integration and service innovation.At the same time,it analyzes the feasibility of implementing the combination strategy from the enterprise.
