Employee performance evaluation method is in accordance with certain standards,using scientific methods to evaluate enterprise employees' work attitude,quality of work and other aspects comprehensively and efficiently and determine its performance and potential.With the market development,more and more companies recognize that,select a appropriate evaluation system can help improve employees' productivity,stimulate employee motivation,thereby enhancing economic and social benefits for the enterprise's long-term healthy and sustainable development and lay a solid foundation.By combing the existing employee performance evaluation methods,and its comparative analysis,and joining with domestic and foreign research status of employee performance evaluation methods,summed up the meaning of employee performance and the factors that influence employee performance,build employee performance evaluation three-dimensional structural model,and determine the weight of each evaluation index weight by AHP.Taking SF's employee performance evaluation system as an example,focused on the three-dimensional structure model and the practical application of AHP in Performance Evaluation Process.The results showed that:1.Based on objectivity and systematicness of the employee performance appraisal method of three-dimensional structural model,it is possible to improve the credibility of evaluation.2.Determining the weight of each evaluation index weight by AHP,could enhance the operability of appraisal process and the accuracy of the outcome and avoid the deviation of human factor.3.The evaluation system is not only capable of short-term special assessment,but also for long-term comprehensive assessment.due to its dynamic nature,could improve the flexibility of performance evaluation sysytem.4.This improvement program can evaluate employees' performance accurately and address the problems like unadapting to the strategy of the company,lacking of scientific nature,performance evaluation subject doesn't comprehend the standards of evaluation.
