Research On Innovative And Development Mechanism Of The “Internet Plus” Modern Agriculture

In recent years, while economic and social development patterns based on the Internet that serves as foundation and innovative element is emerging, a series of new models and new types of operation have been derived from integrative development of the Internet and modern agriculture. Starting from the evolution of definition of the“Internet plus” modern agriculture, this thesis defines the connotation of the “Internet plus” modern agriculture in both its broad and narrow sense. And this thesis points out that, contrasted with conventional agriculture, the “Internet plus” modern agriculture has a lot of new features, including deep application of the Internet technology, high market orientation of agricultural production, decentralization of agricultural products distribution, deep cooperation of agricultural operation and organization, etc. Through a comparative analysis with related models of agriculture development, it can be found that the direction of the future “Internet plus” modern agriculture is wisdom agriculture.As for the current practice of innovation and development of the “Internet plus”modern agriculture, typical types of operation are intelligent agriculture, agricultural e-commerce and community-supported agriculture. The system model of innovation and development of the “Internet plus” modern agriculture consists of fundamental environment, dynamic factors, participants and factor resources. The analysis of the system indicates that although the “Internet plus” modern agriculture has been in the period of dividend policy, influenced by informal institution of agriculture, rural areas and farmers and inadequate development of technological environment, its period of rapid development still has not arrived. In the long term, the development level ofrural regional market, new farmers and data resources will be important factors which influence innovation and development of the “Internet plus” modern agriculture.The mechanism of innovation and development consists of four sub-mechanisms,namely, dynamic mechanism, allocation mechanism of factors, organization and coordination mechanism and risk prevention mechanism. The operation of dynamic mechanism is based on the Internet foundation and static factors. It utilizes the power of government and market in order to activate dynamic factors, and the key of its sustained effect is the construction of intra-industry driving force. Through the integration of online and offline agricultural markets, allocation mechanism of factors changes agricultural market structure, model of division, and the direction of factor allocation. Organization and coordination mechanism requires itself to keep matching agricultural industry organization, which, through utilizing the coordination methods of market, contract and community, optimizes information transferring efficiency,information selection model and industrial organization structure of agricultural organizations.
