Analysis of the reasons for the formation of these issues,including the concept of strategic procurement has not yet been established, procurement professionals to further enhance the professional skills, procurement management system needs to be further improved. Aiming at these problems and reasons, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the procurement management of TS company, including the strengthening of Strategy Sourcing concept, strengthening procurement risk management; optimize procurement processes,strengthen procurement system construction; strengthen the supplier relationship management, improve procurement performance; perfecting the performance management of the purchasing department to strengthen procurement team construction; and so on, and from change manager concept, establish employment concept,really improve the supplier incentive system, improve the purchasing management optimization put forward to ensure TS company purchasing management optimization effect evaluation system of the ability, to minimize the risk, enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.
