Through the analysis of the characteristics of human resources work,it is found that human resources are the core resource which plays an important role in enterprises.However,the modern corporate enterprise in modern society,regardless of the difference between management systems,dominates the national economy,supporting the growth of economy and representing the development of productive forces.Therefore,the reform of state-owned enterprises has made the challenge more rigorous.Illustrations are given through some of the present problems with human resources management in state-owned enterprises in China.Some analysis is made in several aspects.An effective incentive mechanism can play an important role in stimulating the motivation of people and arousing people's enthusiasm,initiative and creativity.Establishing an effective incentive mechanism is not only one of the central elements for medium and small enterprises to face market competition but also one of the tasks of daily management of enterprises.Moreover,it is the key to attracting and retaining talents.The fundamental purpose of implementing an incentive mechanism in any business is to induce the motivation of staff properly,enable them to achieve their own needs while achieving organizational goals and increase their satisfaction so that their enthusiasm and creativity will be maintained and carried forward.Only by seeking practical solutions can we fundamentally improve the job satisfaction of human resources.Improving the incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprises and increasing the production efficiency are important tasks of deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises in China and transforming the management mechanism of state-owned enterprises.To some extent,the application of the incentive mechanism and the level of its perfection are important factors in determining the rise and fall of the state-owned enterprises.
