"Masters' Ideal Of The Frontier Of Technology" Public Satisfaction Survey Research

"Science plus Internet" is the new characteristics of science popularization in the 21 st century,which had brought so many changes especially to the carrier of the science popularization,methods,contents,audiences and so on.Therefore,it becomes urgent for science popularizers to solve that how to realize the integration of science and Internet which finally fulfill the vision of "Internet plus science".This study is based on the project hosted by CAST(China Association for Science and Technology)named "The Promotion Project For Postgraduates Held By CAST 2016".By researching the channel of Masters' Ideal of the Frontier of Technology,studying the audiences' satisfaction,the author will try to find optimization strategies for the website and methods for the further development of "Science plus Internet".This article aims to build the study model of the satisfaction of “Masters' Ideal of the Frontier of Technology” and suggest some assumptions to prove,basing on the theories of customer satisfaction theory,communication theory and the EUCS model and reviews on the pages about this theme.Combined with pioneers' findings and experts' guidance,the author designed an evaluation sheets about the public satisfaction.After the execution of questionnaire investigation,visiting,analyzing of the data by SPSS?AMOS and Nvivo,verifying by the structural equation model,the author came to some conclusions:1.The channel's public satisfaction is mainly combined by five dimensions: the content,the system stability,services,design and the spreading of the channel.2.All the factors have a significant influence on public satisfaction.3.Different professional types of people's assessment would vary except gender.4.Since this study had found the existing problems about the channel,it should promote the band popularity,civilizing,enhancing the interaction,increasing the updating rate and improving the simplicity of search.This research contributed a lot to the enhancing of social reputation and the brand image of the channel,and positive and great meanings to the development of technology popularizing.
