Study On The Official Document's Standardization Process Of The Party And Government Organizations After Liberation

The official document is an important tool used in the Party and government organization daily work.It usually has clear standards on the type,format,style rules,procedures and so on.After liberation,the Chinese Communist Party and government established a new official document system,which is suitable for the situation of our country and the people's democratic dictatorship country need.After more than 60 years of development,the Party and government documents gradually standardized.This thesis mainly refers to the Chinese official document regulations since the founding of the PRC,combines with the practice of the party and government document work,divided into four parts to study the document's standardization process.The first part is from the perspective of historical development,analyzes the different stages and different levels of the document standardization process.The second and the third part are from a practical point of view,systematically show the standardization process of official document writing elements and handling behavior.Based on the former three parts,the fourth part is used to complete the whole process evaluation,and includes the promoting factors,existing problems and development trend,so as to build a more standardized document systems and provide scientific advice for the document work in the future.
