At present, we are faced with many difficulties in Tajikistan. After Tajikistan’s independence as a country in 1991,the occurrence of systemic crisis, it had to open up new ways of business and economic cooperation around the world. Tajikistan has a close relationship with Russia and China, both politically and economically, in two major countries in the region. The ancient tower,Tan both looking forward to cooperation with Russia, but also hope that with China cooperation, especially in the aspect of economy, I hope more exchanges and cooperation with China, because Chinese has become the second largest economy in the world, the role of "world factory". At the same time,China is also actively exchanges with neighboring countries,but also actively expands trade and investment in Tajikistan. The further development of China’s investment and trade in Tajikistan not only benefits the development of the economy of the tower, but also benefits China itself. To fully develop the potential of cooperation between the two countries is conducive to China’s modernization of the national economy and China’s political influence in neighboring countries.Tajikistan and China are close to each other in favor of economic exchanges between the two countries. But in the Soviet era,Tajikistan and Chinese border is closed,trade and investment related issues to overcome the existence of the plateau. In the early years, China’s investment and trade in Tajikistan is fragmented, in recent years, rapid growth, especially in housing construction, high-speed rail and other related projects,China invested a lot in Tajikistan. China has also invested in energy, mining, agriculture and education. Since the beginning of this century, China’s investment and trade in Tajikistan has been developing steadily and rapidly.Analysis of China’s investment and trade situation in Tajikistan shows that the new field of good neighborly and friendly cooperation. However,there are still some problems in China’s investment and trade in Tajikistan. This will have a negative impact on the deepening of economic cooperation and exchanges in the tower. Therefore, this paper will be based on the analysis of Chinese in the Republic of Tajikistan investment and trade status and problems,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve these problems, so that the further development of economic exchanges and cooperation in the tower. Specifically, the first part introduction. Including the research significance,the research present situation, the research mentality as well as the innovation and the difficulty. The second part,China’s investment and trade in Tajikistan. It includes four stages: not yet in the right stage; the tortuous development stage; the stage of institutional development. The third part is about the problems of China’s investment and trade in Tajikistan. Includes six issues: trade imbalance has become a serious obstacle restricting the development of continuous trade tower; Chinese in Tajikistan investment and trade subject to geographical restrictions in Tajikistan Chinese; trade structure; Chinese trade in Tajikistan is not standardized and trade disorder; Tajikistan tariff changes on Chinese adversely affect the tower trade; safety area the influence of Chinese threat tower in the tower of China investment and trade. The fourth part,the development of China’s investment and trade in Tajikistan. Including six suggestions: Chinese and Tajikistan both sides should jointly create a favorable investment environment; investment to further expand the cooperation and communication channels; strengthen cooperation in non-traditional security fields within the SCO framework; promote Chinese in Tajikistan cross-border trade RMB settlement mechanism; development of border trade in the Middle East to undertake industrial transfer should be Chinese; to establish long-term and benign investment philosophy in Tajikistan. The fifth part is the conclusion. The author summarizes the contents of the study and research in China for nearly 7 years, and looks forward to the bright future of China’s investment and trade in Tajikistan.
