Since the 1990s, with the slow development of the regional multilateral trade system such as the World Trade Organization (WTO),bilateral and multilateral regional free trade agreements (FTA) began to emerge and grow, making regional economic integration a new economic development the trend of. Unlike the rapid development of bilateral or multilateral trade agreements in other regions of the world, the process of economic integration in East Asia is relatively slow. China, Japan and South Korea are located in East Asia. In recent years, the rapid economic and trade development of the three countries has become a new growth point for Asian and global economic development. At the same time, China, Japan and South Korea as the world's major trade countries, the economic structure of the three countries have obvious complementarity, Japan is the only developed countries in the region, has a more abundant financial and cash technical advantages; South Korea as a regional new industrialized countries , Compared to China has the capital and technical advantages; and China and Japan and South Korea compared to the resources,labor and market areas have a huge advantage. The economic structure of the three countries has created important conditions for China, Japan and South Korea to carry out economic and trade cooperation, and is conducive to trade liberalization and investment facilitation construction among the three countries. Therefore promoting the construction of China-Japan-Korea free trade area not only has important economic interests for the three countries, but also has important strategic significance for East Asian economic integration.However, since the three countries officially launched in China,Japan and South Korea since the FTA negotiations, the three countries around the FTA negotiations process is unusually slow. The reason for this,the negotiations between China, Japan and South Korea FTA not only to consider the economic barriers, but also consider the non-economic level of cost - income. In order to be able to build China-Japan-Korea free trade area as soon as possible, this paper has carried out various and multi-level analyzes on the factors that affect the FTA negotiations between China, Japan and South Korea, and put forward corresponding measures and methods so as to be able to complete the negotiations between China, Japan and South Korea as soon as possible.
