Evolution Track Regional Economic Disparities In Liaoning Province And The Source Of Decomposition

Regional economic differences is an objective economic phenomenon in the process of economic development of each country are unavoidable.The reason is geographical factors,economic fundamentals,unbalanced policy factors led to the unbalanced regional economic growth.Liaoning Province as the northeast old industrial base,is an important part of the country’s overall economic strategy,played a north China and northeast China to undertake economic development role.Therefore,internal coordination Liaoning Province sustainable economic development directly affects the country northeast of big government policies,thereby affecting the health of our economy is able to steadily forward.In this paper,14 prefecture-level city in Liaoning Province as the research object,the GDP index for the measure,using the traditional methods of statistical analysis of the 1995 measure-economic differences between Liaoning Province region in 2013 were measure.On this basis,the use of DEA-Malmquisty and Malmquist-Luenberger index whether to consider resource and environmental constraints of total factor productivity in Liaoning Province have been re-estimate and analyze the situation of each region of Liaoning TFP changing trends.The TFP decomposed into technological progress and technical efficiency,technological progress and technical efficiency from the perspective of the prefecture-level city in Liaoning fourteen different times in changes in total factor productivity and factor inputs,technological progress and technical efficiency at the same time included in the analysis framework,further investigation of factor inputs,technical efficiency and technological progress contribution to regional economic disparities.Based on the above findings,combined with the actual situation in Liaoning Province,put forward countermeasures for the coordinated development of regional economy.
