Study Of The Conversion Of The Dual Economic Structure On The Regional Economic Differences

China is a large developing country, and one of the obvious features of the large developing countries is economic structure, and the dual economic structure is the key factor that has hindered the economic development. As the dual economic structure of every China region had different degrees of transformation, and this situation could lead to a regional level between the different economic growths. This paper summarizes the theory of dual economic structure of the related synthesis and dual economic structure to promote economic growth and regional economic disparities between the theoretical basis of the study, and this paper also summarizes the measurement of various indicators of the dual economic structure:such as comparative labor productivity, dual contrast coefficient, binary contrast between the index and the contrast between the index. This paper also summarizes dual integrated regional economic gap measure indicators:such as Lorenz curve, Gini coefficient, coefficient of variation and the Theil coefficient. Based on data availability and operability, as well as fitting with the level of economic growth, we get the index which estimate the dual economic structure and the measurement of selected indicators-Integrated dual contrast difference index and the measure of regional economic indicators and Theil index which quantify China's dual economic structure and regional economic disparities between regions. And in 1978-2008 based on the calculation of each region, an integrated dual contrast index and Theil index statistics, by Granger causality test of the measurement methods were the dual economic structure transformation can promote economic growth, while economic growth does not lead to the formation can be a reason for the dual economic structure. And because a regional level of the dual economic structure is different, so the formation of China's regional economic gaps exit. Based on these conclusions, the paper in the last corresponding gives some policy recommendations:coordination of economic development between regions, urban and rural development and optimization of industrial structure.
