Eco-cultural Tourism Marketing Strategy Of Hulu Mountain Village

In order to investigate the eco-cultural tourism marketing strategy of Hulu Mountain Village,the author adopts basic marketing theory in this paper,first analysed the general situation and current development of Hulu Mountain Village,and made the analysis from the following perspectives:the eco-cultural tourism market demand structure,the eco-cultural tourism product structure,and the present situation of eco-cultural tourism marketing strategy implementation,then,summarize the marketing strategy problems of Hulu Mountain Village,the problems are mainly for the brand has not yet been established,product updates is not enough,traffic and scenic facilities are not complete,and the tourist routes are not reasonable enough,lack of professional sales team.Then analyzes the tourism marketing environment of Hulu Mountain Village from four aspects:the macro environment,industry environment,internal environment and industry competition structure,followed by the segmentation and positioning of Hulu Mountain Village eco-cultural tourism based on the STP theory,therefore draw the conclusion of the four marketing strategic goals of the eco-cultural tourism:highlighting Hulu and folk culture,the service of characteristic experimental package,strengthening of the marketing strategy,and the green development of space.Finally,put forward the design of marketing strategy from four aspects:strategy of tourism products,price strategy,tourism resources channel strategy,tourism resources promotion strategy.The aim of this paper is to improve the marketing strategy of the eco-cultural tourism,improve its competitiveness in the same industry,and achieve better profit.
