In recent years,with the improvement of living standards of our country,consumers have put forward higher requirements for fresh aquatic products.Compared with general cargo,fresh aquatic products is perishable,requires higher of time and equipment in the transport process.Therefore,improve the fresh aquatic products logistics service level is not only the requirements of logistics,but decided by the characteristics of the products.However,due to China's cold chain logistics compared with that of the general logistics started late,cold chain logistics infrastructure is relatively weak and backward equipment,resulting in products logistics cost is high and in the process of circulation loss,quality is difficult to be guaranteed,scientific and rational layout of logistics network can effectively reduce logistics cost,improve the level of logistics service,at the same time,can realize logistics operation in economies of scale and distance benefits,carry out the integration and optimization of resources allocation is effective means to solve the low efficiency,high operating costs of logistics operation.Firstly expounds the status of China' s logistics industry and the cold chain logistics network domestic and foreign research present situation,proposes logistics network optimization target of cost,service,and then introduce the related concepts of cold chain logistics network and related theory,as the theory basis for the optimization of logistics network,according to the current situation and existing problems of third-party cold chain logistics enterprises in the network,based on the analysis of the logistics network functional elements construct four level logistics network topology,and establish the cold chain logistics network optimization model,the determine of the model's parameters are carried out to detailed discussion.Finally,the model is applied,and get logistics network location and allocation scheme.The results show that the scientific and reasonable logistics network layout optimization can effectively reduce logistics costs and improve operational efficiency.The main innovations of this paper are the following three aspects:the first is before the logistics network topology design,defines all elements of the logistics network function,defined the functions and division of different logistics nodes and logistics lines,to provide support for the scientific and reasonable logistics network topology design;the second is based on the reality of the situation,specifically discusses the basis and method of determining the parameters of the logistics network optimization model,make the logistics network optimization results more scientific and reasonable;the third is the logistics network optimization results are particular analyzed,compared the specific allocation and logistics network operation cost under the different logistics nodes number,and further refinement the total cost.
