TE Company Procurement Process Optimization Research Based On Websphere Process Simulation

Weak market terminal consumer increased the pressure of manufacturing enterprises.Outside,customers demand for high quality,low price and rapid reaction and supplier for price increases,delivery delay extrusion manufacturing enterprise.Internally,the sense of the sector KPI amplified the interests of the department.To expand and protect the rights of departments,internal process is set up growly,cross sector cooperation is inefficient,and the process own slow implementation speed.Dual negative impact of internal and external causes both the ability to snatch the order in the market gradually and customer satisfaction reduced.In view of the serious challenge that enterprises are facing,the process optimization is discussed by more and more consulting company and manufacturing enterprise.However,the process optimization carried out by single departments always promoting max department interest rather than max company interest.How to diagnose the process,delete and optimize the process to achieve the overall utility maximum and the non Department utility maximization is worth our discussion.With IBM process software,the article studies TE's the optimization of the procurement process and expects to achieve the purpose of rapid overall process reaction rate,the process running cost reduction.The main contents of this paper are as follows: ? TE procurement process of current situation and problems are systematically analyzed.?We constructed the sample procurement process model and the conventional procurement process model using IBM software process.?diagnosed the procurement operation process from the view of static and dynamic and the cause of the process is found.?
