Study On The Performance Of Circular Economy In Coal Industry

To solve the incomplete performance evaluation problem in the coal industry enterprise,this paper analyzed the circular economy model of fushun mining group from financial and non-financial indicators,then built a performance evaluation system,it conforms to the requirements of the coal enterprise management under the new situation,and established the corresponding evaluation model.(1)Established correlation analysis and fishbone diagram model?Research the internal relation among indicators affecting the corporate performance,and the association.By using principal component analysis pca)extracted the typical indicators and continued to analyze the relation,overcame the multicollinearity problem?(2)The TOPSIS evaluation of enterprise performance evaluation model was set up?After the introduction of circular economy development model the author evaluated the overall performance of fushun mining group,studied its the trend.Results show that the correlation between indicators was dropped,the contact information of indicators was analyze,index number is reduced,the evaluation results is better,insisting on sustainable development,comprehensively promote the effective operation of circular economy is of great significance?The business performance evaluation system is not only applicable to the general enterprise,more accurately reflects the characteristics of coal enterprises.
