Research Of Supply Chain Performance Measurement Based On The Coal Chemical Industry

As the development of International economy and the appearance of International manufacture,supply chain become more and more fetching. In various vocations, especially in manufacture,supply chain has applied at large. To build up a scientific and comprehensive supply chain performance measurement system has become an exigent matter. Shanxi coal chemical industry supply chain form not long, and it's running is not coordinate, but competition is prick up. Therefore, how to measure coal chemical industry supply chain performance and incress whole supply chain rivalrousness, relating existing and developing of coal chemical industry.In this paper, firstly, a detailed account of the concepts and relevance theory of supply chain, supply chain management, performance measurement, supply chain performance measurement.Secondly, introduce indicator system of supply chain performance measurement and comprehensive measuremeng method, building up the supply chain performance measuremeng indicator system by the character of coal chemical industry, and applying the main component analysis and questionnaire survey to selection of indicators to increase the work of performance measuremeng. In addition introduce the performance measurement method in this paper–improved gray correlation.Finally, three specific coal chemical supply chain of Shanxi has been studied, in this process;Further demonstrate how to apply the improved gray correlation method to measure the performance of supply chain measurement.Results show that the use of these performance measurement methods for supply chain performance measurement and the actual operation of the supply chain are essentially to the same results. This shows that the proposed supply chain performance measurement indicator and apprival method are applicable and effective.
