| After thirty years of reform and opening up, the tourism industry has experienced the development process from scratch, from small to large. Now, China has entered the era of mass tourism, the tourism industry is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading,the previous model has not adapt to the new requirements,and the global tourism vacated out, showing the development trend of change rapidly.However, the global tourism development is not yet mature, in the development process also appeared a series of problems,such as the concept of novel promotion difficult, the pilot is under construction and lack of successful experience. The author thinks that the reason for these problems, with the connotation of global tourism,study on the dynamic mechanism of vague definition is not clear, the indicator system has a great relationship, the need to build a set of development in line with the characteristics of China’s global tourism evaluation index system. In response to this issue,the author uses the methods of literature study, expert interviews and other methods, the dynamic mechanism of the development of the global tourism research and construct the index system, evaluation system and the use of the construction of global tourism in Jiangsu five pilot county, then according to the evaluation results,put forward corresponding countermeasures.First of all, based on the global travel and Tourism Research on the dynamic mechanism of summary analysis, in-depth study of the global tourism definition,characteristics, development type and spatial distribution, and then analyzes the theoretical basis of the development of the global tourism should follow, including tourism sustainable development theory, tourism system theory, tourism stakeholder theory with the tourism life cycle theory etc..Secondly, study on the dynamic mechanism of global tourism and the construction of global tourism development dynamic mechanism index system. On the basis of theoretical research, according to the global tourism and the dynamic mechanism of the related research results, to explore the factors affecting the dynamic global tourism development from four aspects of thrust, gravity, support and media factors, so as to construct the dynamic mechanism of the development of global tourism, studies the system mode of operation. Based on the study of dynamic mechanism, in accordance with the constructing principles of evaluation index, the primary experience and expert interview, the index system of the global tourism is divided into three level indicators overall layer, system layer, factor layer and index layer four levels. The whole layer is divided into four subsystems: thrust, gravity,support and media. The system level consists of 11 elements: policy orientation,economic base, tourism development, tourism resources, and so on, which includes 49 specific indicators. Then the variation coefficient method is used to determine the system layer, the weight factor layer and index layer; then the evaluation method combined with subjective and objective conditions, the establishment of wisdom scenic construction evaluation standard, and assign the evaluation index.Finally, the selection of Jiangsu five pilot as the research object, on the development of the global tourism pilot conditions is verified by evaluation and comparative analysis to calculate the weight of each index, understanding the development of the global tourism pilot’s strengths and weaknesses,and puts forward suggestions on the global tourism development construction. Accordingly,the author found that Changshu is suitable for the development of global scenic landscape pattern everywhere, Jurong can go to the beautiful countryside construction mode of leading global tourism, Jiangning is suitable for the depth of integration industry development model, Xinghua is suitable for the global tourism destination in Jinhu to promote the upgrade mode, suitable for the development of global tourism ecological model. |
