Energy and environmental issues have become the most serious problem of the world. All over the world is in the development of new energy and construct the new energy vehcle system. However, the development of new energy vehicle system in China started late and developed slowly. Therefore, it has become one of the most important research topics to study and construct a new energy vehicle system.This thesis studies the construction and evolution of new energy vehicle network. First, this thesis analyzes and confirms the construction of new energy vehicle network scheme, and the location model of the new energy automotive network system is designed. Secondly, the social behavior simulation model of a certain area is modeled and analyzed by using the Agent based simulation modeling method. To explore consumer factors, government factors, business factors and charging facilities in the network changes and to identify the key variables affecting each subject and build a new energy automotive system social behavior simulation model. Finally, taking the construction of Beijing Haidian District new energy vehicle system as a case study, to research the evolution process of system from scratch and the different influence factors in different scenarios. The results include the evolution of the system under different resources, the amount of government subsidies, the amount of new energy vehicles, etc.
