The Research Of Logistics System In Emergency Processed Grain Warehouse Based On Simulation

The main function of emergency processed grain warehouse is to meet the demand of the processed grain caused by emergencies,so the high quality of the processed grain and the high operating efficiency is a must.Currently the storage technology for grain has been greatly improved,while the outbound operation efficiency is still too low to meet deamnds.Otherwise the pattern of the emergency processed grain warehouse is a desiderated problem to solve.This aticle is beased on an example warehouse with two different logistics patterns to research its logistics system,and its result has a significant meaning to these on-going emergency storage warehouses for processed grain.It will research the objective from these aspects as follow:First,the thesis studies the differences between emergency processed grain warehouse and general grain warehouse from seven aspects,such as siting,scale,logistics equipment and so on.And then it summarizes the works of the research group on emergency processed grain warehouse and finally studies the emergency delivery and operations processes under schedule rotation by taking one warehouse as example.Second,emergency delivery and operations processes under schedule rotation are studied based on one warehouse as research object by simulation experiment and qualitative analysis.It optimizes the resource allocation and operation deployment,and proposes a pre-arranged pleaning for the emergency delivery and operation processes under schedule rotation.Third,based on the group reaserch about simulation fidelity and resusablity,the thesis successfully models and simulates logistic system in emergency processed grain warehouse with modular modeling theory,and then studys the implementations of the modules.Finally the thesis provides reference for similar modeling of emergency processed grain warehouse.The study of logistic system for the emergency processed grain warehouse is important for the emergency operations and daily rotation operations.The method of the modeling is a reference for the other models of the same type warehouse.
