With the rapid growth of information technologies,innovation is the motive force for enterprise's continuous development. The originality has increasingly become an important index to evaluate corporate outlooks. However, the level of enterprise's innovation mainly depends on the the employees' innovation performance. At present,for the reseach on the employees' innovation performance,most of scholars analyze from the technical or ethical systematic aspects,studies on the individual level are less fewer.This paper focuses on the factors affecting employees' innovation performance on individual level. At the end, the paper puts forward advice and suggestions to enhance the employees'innovation performance.Based on a review of previous studies about job-related well-being,organizational commitment and employees' innovation performance, this thesis constructs a theoretical framwork.This framework regards job-related well-being as independent variable, organizational commitment as media variable,employees' innovation performance as dependent variable.In this framework,the structures of job-related well-being include work value, interpersonal relationship, prospect, welfare benefits, environmental control, self-acceptance,autonomous. The structures of organizational commitment include affective commitment, normative commitment and continuance commitment.Based on above structures, we establish 23 research assumptions.So the overall framework of this study is established.In the paper,reliability test, validity analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis,regression analysis are adopted in the data analysis.After empirical researches, the thesis reaches the following conclusions:1 .Job-related well-being has a significant positive influence on organizational commitment.2.Job-related well-being has a significant positive influence on employees'innovation performance.3.Organizational commitment has a significant positive influence on employees' innovation performance.4.Organizational commitment plays part mediating role between Job-related well-being on employees' innovation performance. Affective commitment and normative commitment play part mediating role between Job-related well-being on employees' innovation performance.5.Continuance commitment plays no mediating role between Job-related well-being on employees' innovation performance.Based on the study conclusion,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of organizations and individuals.
