With the growing network shopping user scale, electricity enterprise's competition of the network shopping mall platform which expanded rapidly in size and number, electricity enterprise's competition is more and more fierce. The electric business platform service optimization becomes a key to the consumers' willingness to adopt the platform and the actual adoption behavior. This paper provides enterprise platform for the future optimization provides with a certain theoretical basis.This paper thoroughly studies the network shopping in consumer point of view. Exploratory influence the consumers of electric business platform 'willingness to adopt all kinds of services and adoption behavior factors were studied. The conclusion of this study for the future electronic commerce business platform improves to provide a theoretical basis and reference.In this paper, the basic theory of consumer adoption behavior and consumer adoption intention and willingness of network shopping platform adopted at home and abroad is used to make effective summary of the research. After a preliminary investigation of the research model and the content of the revised questionnaire indicators, finally fourteen factors are proposed, including detailed information display goods,inventory information updated timely, special timeliness of problem solving, consumers and businesses before buying the effectiveness of the communication channels, the security of payment, payment of diversity,convenience of message service, convenience of the payment process,receiving time selectivity of choice, mail selectivity of choice, the accuracy of the logistics information updates, logistics information update of timeliness, convenience of return and refund timely.The results of the study, the detailed information display goods,special timeliness of problem solving, consumers and businesses before buying the effectiveness of the communication channels, the security of payment, payment of diversity, convenience of message service,convenience of the payment process, receiving time selectivity of choice,mail, logistics information update of timeliness, convenience of return and refund the timeliness are twelve factors which exist linear positive correlation with adoption will. Comprehensive consideration, factors of before purchase, factors of purchase and factors of after purchase and after the purchase of three is big modules, factors of after purchase is the strongest part to influence on consumer adoption intention.
