With the accelerated process of marketization in China, the intensity of enterprise competition is further deepened. In particular, the global financial crisis,which has a huge impact on all walks of life in China began in 2008. Therefore,enterprises want to enhance their strength, not only to lead the production technology,but also to design a comprehensive science that is compatible with the Company's development. The performance evaluation index system achieve the strategic objectives of the enterprise. Balanced Scorecard is a balance of the financial,customer, internal processes, learning and growth of these four dimensions of the comprehensive performance evaluation method,it is the company's strategy as the core, the strategy into specific actions, multi-measure business performance.In this paper, the combination of literature research and case studies, selected B car company as a case analysis object. Firstly, this paper describes the concept of performance evaluation. This thesis discusses the two basic methods of performance evaluation and the advantages and disadvantages of each method. It introduces basic model of the BSC and the characteristics of BSC. Secondly, the B company management situation and peer industry is been comparative analyzed, and state that the current performance management system problems. B car company is developing rapidly, but at the same time there are too many single performance evaluation indicators, can not achieve its strategic objectives and other issues. Once again, we aim at the shortcomings exposed in the current performance management of Company B, and select the comprehensive and perfect Balanced Scorecard evaluation index for B Company to evaluate the performance. To determine the difficulty of each single index, we will issue the questionnaire for the employees Combined with the results of expert scoring, the use of analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index for the B car company based on the Balanced Scorecard performance evaluation system. Finally, we will design a good indicator system applied to B enterprises, combined with the actual data of 2016 and calculate the score, getting comprehensive evaluation results. By analyzing the situation of scoring,B enterprises is been evaluated in four levels of performance in order to improve the management system. We will put forward performance management of B to find the way to help B maximize the value and enhance core competitiveness in the future.
