| Transportation is indispensable to people's life, with the growth of Qingdao's population, the existing traffic facilities, traffic tools are still unable to reach people's requirements to the Transportation of smooth, safe ,green and sustain. The problem of transportation is a global problem. Qingdao is a second-tier city of China with population of nearly ten million of which traffic problems also become increasingly serious in recent years. Intelligent transportation is important to solve the problem of cities in our country existing urban traffic. This paper made the following research to solve the above questions: (1)By reading literature, experts interviews, defining the Qingdao city intelligent transportation construction and development 21 factors indicators from infrastructure resources, technical support, humanities foundation, the government supports four aspects, then build the index system of the factors affecting the construction and development of Qingdao intelligent transportation.(2)Investigate the influence factors of intelligent transportation cons truction and development of Qingdao city with questionnaires ,then made reliability test, validity test and exploratory factor analysis based on the date and extract the key influencing factors of Qingdao intelligent transportation' construction and development.(3)Analyzes the present situation of Qingdao city intelligent transportation's construction, according to the statistical description method, found that Qingdao city intelligent transportation's construction policy can reach the requirements of Qingdao city intelligent transportation construction, and technical aspects need further improvement. (4)Based on the existing research results, this paper puts forward the relevant theoretical hypothesis between the influencing factors of the development of intelligent traffic in Qingdao, and uses the structural equation model to quantitatively reveal the significance of the interaction between the influencing factors of the development of in telligent traffic in Qingdao. Its strength, and found that the impact of each factor on the development of intelligent traffic construction, in order from large to small, followed by policy support, techni cal support, traffic control, communication base, public recognition,the quality of residents; indirect impact effect by the large To the small is the basis of communication, the quality of residents, policy support, public recognition, traffic control, technical support; the overall impact of the effect from large to small policy support, technical support, communication infrastructure, traffic control, public recognition, residents Quality.(5)Based on the research results above ,build Qingdao intelligent transportation construction overall frame and Qingdao dynamic mechanism model of intelligent traffic construction, to analyze the safeguard mechanism of Qingdao intelli gent transportation construction and development from policy protection mechanism ,technical support mechanism and proposed drive mechanism, to put forward countermeasures and suggestions to the Qingdao city intelligent transportation construction development. |
